My appointment was mishandled from the time I checked in to when I left. I was treated as a "New" patient although I have had the same procedure in the recent past. The PA could not or didn't know how to access my medical records. He told me he had no way of accessing my past history beyond 2022, in 2021 I had an [procedure], this is why I visited the pain clinic, had he known the proper way to acces my history he could have saved me another visit 40 miles away to my primary care Dr. The staff at my Dr's office said all he would have had to do was have me sign a release form while I was there, he should know this and its unacceptable that I have to gather my patient history PRIOR to my appointment and If I have to, I should have been informed about that.
