After my test, I waited fairly long for the doctor to come in and talk to me. I believe it should be at least a half an hour.

I was very happy with the doctor. He explained everything to me and my daughter and any questions that we had, he answered. And I was very happy with him and I felt so much better when I left there.

Dr. Bak and I discussed at least four different medical things, three of which had nothing to do with what I was there for, but were peripherally connected. And he gave me a lot of confidence that the problem was not the carotid Doppler scan, but a chiropractic one. And I'm sure that both my heart doctor and my chiropractor will be happy to hear this. Also, I would have taken your online survey, except when I clicked the link, it came up with some dangerous thing that my computer rejected. So you might want to look into that. I would highly recommend Dr. Bak to anybody.

Dr. Bak patiently listened to my explanation of pain and medical condition, he had reviewed the report of the physicians when I was in hospital, and explained the treatment plan. He had the ultra sound test performed, reviewed the results, in the same session. I sincerely appreciate his attention to my case.

The only thing that could be done better is less waiting time. It seems like the appointments are double booked or triple booked where your appointment is scheduled for a specific time and yet it's almost a half hour before you're even taken back and then another time waiting until someone comes to either administer the test or before you have to see the doctor. That's the only issue that we've noticed, but everything else, everyone is wonderful and Dr. Bak is wonderful also. Thank you.

I felt welcome. I felt like I was treated with special care and interest. And of course, I would definitely refer my friends and family to the physician and the people that served me on that day.

All most everyone in the office was great. the doctor and the medical assisting /nursing staff.. the front desk could be a little more friendly

The apt I had with Dr Bak was scheduled 2 weeks ago. No one told me at the time i scheduled apt that the office had moved! I drove to old location on egg harbor road, parked & walked to the door which was locked with a sign to the left saying the office had moved. I drove to the new location. The signs in lobby did not have Dr Baks name. I took a guess that maybe he was on the 3rd floor. Again, no sign. I asked the person at the desk right off the elevator if this was Dr Baks office. She advised that this was his office. She checked me in and told me someone would be with me shortly. I told her what happened & she told me to discuss with the doctor. All in all, not impressed with desk staff. Not really helpful or friendly. If I didn't love Dr Bak so much I would prob go elsewhere.

Doctor Bak is a very caring doctor. He listens to your questions and takes the time to answer them. In my opinion if you need surgery, that is the doctor you should have.

New Doctor for me, prior Dr retired. He knew about my prior treatment and continued on where my Dr left off. We talked about future treatments and that I can reach out to him at any time if things change. Very pleasant visit for me.
