I love the provider

Doctor Bak is a very caring doctor. He listens to your questions and takes the time to answer them. In my opinion if you need surgery, that is the doctor you should have.

New Doctor for me, prior Dr retired. He knew about my prior treatment and continued on where my Dr left off. We talked about future treatments and that I can reach out to him at any time if things change. Very pleasant visit for me.

Hi, the staff was very friendly and cordial. Dr. Bak has an excellent bedside manner. He listened to what I had to say, and he did not make me feel rushed the least bit. And I am set up for a return visit to have some ultrasound done. I was very, very pleased with my visit. Thank you.

Saw Dr. Bak who was very concerned and comforting and professional. Nurse [REDACTED] did my ultrasound and was very nice, professional and comforting. The two ladies at front desk [REDACTED] were very nice and helpful.

Yes. All the staff members are pretty nice, you know. You have some valuable employees there. [REDACTED]. They know what they're doing. They do pretty good. Everyone else is pretty nice. The doctors are pretty nice. They seem to know what they're doing, you know? But you have some good people working for you. And that's good to know. Because at least, you know, you got somewhat, you know, of what's going on, you know? So...

I like Dr. Bach and I value his opinion, though I think he could do better with scheduling appointments because I spent from 2.30 to 4.15, at which time I was seen by Dr. Bach in that office, and I don't even think he spent 10 minutes with me. Though he did what he needed to do, he didn't spend even 10 minutes with me. and that makes me very leery because I felt sort of rushed. And after sitting in that office for all that time, I thought that was a little disheartening. I wouldn't recommend anyone to Dr. Bach only because he obviously has too many patients as it is.

My provider was very nice, excellent, caring, had a great experience, but the staff in the front, the receptionist, they need more training on how to talk to people and to not make it extremely nice to people when they know there's a survey coming. It's so fake. And they need, like I said, they need more training in how to interact with patients.

Dr. Bak is a great dr, who I very much trust with my care!! The front office staff is ok, sometime can be a little short and rude. Especially the older woman. Made me stand there while her computer was down and because she was frustrated with her computer wasn't nice to me. Also yelled my personal information loud for the whole waiting room to hear.

The wait time was long compared to the time spent with the doctor. But I received good news so I'm not complaining.

Dr Bak was excellent. He listened, and was able to get me in for an ultrasound during this visit. I was very happy with his diagnosis and treatment plan. The ultrasound technician was also great, fitting me in and she was very friendly and professional. The wait time upon arrival was excessive, 1 hour and 15 minutes. I did appreciate that there was a dry erase board documenting how far the doctors were behind . Overall except for the wait, very satisfied with this experience.

[REDACTED] at the reception desk was absolutely tremendous. She's professional, she's extremely competent. She was outstanding. Dr. Bak was absolutely amazing. I had recently lost my father and he took an inordinate amount of time with me, which was absolutely incredible and I appreciated it immensely.
