He was not prepared for my visit even though he had 3 months to prepare for it. My husband and I were very disappointed to say the least. I suffer daily and just want answers and a path forward that is going to make me better Lastly, no one should ever have to leave a Dr's appointment and cry in the parking lot due to the way they were being treated.

What else would you like to say about your experience?
Before every appointment, Dr. Yu always asks if he can record so that he has something to reference back to if he ever needs to look into old notes or anything. The fact that he does that just to make sure that he has all information accurate really means a lot to me, actually. You can really tell that he cares for his patients, with everything he does, the way he explains everything. I did forget some of the side effects of one of the medications I'm on and he re-explained it, didn't become condescending about it or anything. He was really sweet. Overall, he is a really good provider.

Yes, everything was done very good. I was very pleased on the nurses and welcoming in there and everything that Dr. Yu did to help me.

Yes, I always enjoy my appointment with Dr. Yu. His staff and nurses and everybody are very courteous and sweet and I feel like I'm very confident in what he says. I would recommend him to anyone. Thank you.
