As a retired Detective Investigator and having a second career as a Chiropractor, I have been trained in personality and criteria profiling, as well as determinating if a service provider is empathetic and truly interested. DR. Matthew Young exhibited a high degree of profeiecncy and knowledge with regards to my post and existing medical conditions. Took the time to evaluate and even more so, discuss and confer to measures that can be taken to move forward. Moreover, he anticipated my questions and history concerns that my previous provider failed to address. In closing, I look forward to having an established relationship with him as my Doctor.

Dr. Young makes me feel as if I am his only patient. He is present with me and not thinking of how fast he can get to his next patient. I appreciate that.

I have only seen Dr. Young a few times (New patient). First appointment Dr. young came in, introduced himself and basically said “talk to me”. I was thinking what! A doctor who wants to listen to what I have to say. He doesn’t rush through the appointments. I find that care very comfortable.

very caring. very professional. and very quick with tech - resolved questions immediately with combo of personal knowledge and open evidence. no annoying questions that'll be looked up later. everything resolved right then. it was awesome.

Well, we’re talking about bedside manner now. Dr. Young did not seem hurried or disinterested. I have experienced this with other doctors. I had a great experience with Dr. Young in this examination!

I’ve had a really great experience with Dr. Young g. He takes the time to listen and doesn’t make you feel rushed, which I really appreciate. I felt like my concerns have been taken seriously, and everything was explained in a way that made sense. What stood out to me most was how easy he is to talk to and I felt comfortable asking questions. He has been thoughtful about next steps and making sure I understood my options before moving forward.I would definitely recommend him as a PCM to others.

Quite a good Annual Wellness. Dr Young took his time, answered all my questions (there were many) with several positive steps taken to address concerns. Never felt hurried. He is a very good doctor.

This was a first appointment with Dr. Young. He was very attentive and listened to all my stuff so we could get on a good course of care. Got labes back in a jiffy and gave good notes on my charts. Looking forward to getting a little better. Thank you Dr. Young.
