Dr. Young listened to all of my concerns and explained things in a way that I could understand. She set up a plan but also explained if it didn't work then she would assess further. She was very nice. I would recommend her.

I made the appointment for [ ] and then received a message the day before stating, I had to be there, forty five minutes earlier for an [ ]. This should have been expressed to me when I made the appointment.

Karen at front desk was great. She told MA that I had [ ] at [ ] and the [ ] but Radiology Regional Center states Dr office can call and get [ ]. She relayed all information to MA like she should have.

Dr. Diana Young was very friendly and knowledgeable. She went over my chart, xrays and explained treatment. She answered all questions. Her staff were wonderful and I was able to get an appointment very quickly. I would highly recommend Dr. Young.

The MA/RN that took care of me was exceptional. (Sorry I don’t remember her name but I am sure you can find on my chart). She was very friendly and made me feel comfortable. She was very safety conscience with dealing with [ ]. Dr. Young was also exceptional on patient care, friendliness and explanation of care. Wonderful team.
