Doctor tried to be helpful but I was not there because of a bunion but because of care I received from her last year when I fell and fractured three toes on my right foot which had been bothering me lately. I do not think I should have to pay for the splint I cannot use

My sister accompanied me to this appointment. We were both VERY impressed with Dr. Young and her nurse. They were helpful, informative, took time to explain and answer questions. Lee Health is most fortunate to have both of them on staff.

She indicated that I would proceed with the given instructions/demonstration exercises for [ ]. She is a pleasant, smart, professional and beautiful doctor. She is an exceptional doctor and I would highly recommend her.

This was a first rate visit. In the top 5 of my experiences at Lee Physicain Group since 2021 when I joined up! The front desk are was very helpful in signing me and getting me into the [ ]. Those ladies in [ ] were pros. It was impressive. Diana was so friendly and the waiting room very accommodating to wheelchairs and the whole process made me feel well on the way to [ ]. I don't want another fracture ever but I would gladly come back to see Diana and the entire team.

i was impressed with the ACP, she walked in with a big smile, friendly, clearly knowledgeable. she showed me the [ ], explaining everything very well. so much so Dr Young had little to say. Clearly the ACP and doctor are a great team.

Both Dr. Young and the nurse who assisted me were excellent. They were caring and professional and answered all my questions. The front desk staff person was very helpful as well. A volunteer even met me at the door to help me get into the elevator with my crutches! Hands down, this might have been one of the best visits to a doctor's office I've ever had.

I thought that Dr Diana Young was outstanding. I think she explained everything completely and I understood what I needed to do to get my [ ] feeling good again. I didn’t feel rushed and feel I had great communication with her.

X-ray technician was extremely helpful. It was hard for me, but he helped as best he could.

The front desk staff was very helpful in finding me a timely appointment at another location (the Doctor was going to be out [ ] which was the 4-week mark for follow-up) rather than having to wait an additional week [ ]!! Very thoughtful of my concerns. The imaging team also excellent. Love Lee Health in Coconut Point - - it is the star of the system in my opinion.
