Dr. Young and her staff is fantasic! They're kind, friendly and compassionate. Besides being an exceptional doctor, Dr. Young truly cares about her patients - I'd recommend her to anyone!

Both Dr. Young and the nurse who assisted me were excellent. They were caring and professional and answered all my questions. The front desk staff person was very helpful as well. A volunteer even met me at the door to help me get into the elevator with my crutches! Hands down, this might have been one of the best visits to a doctor's office I've ever had.

I thought that Dr Diana Young was outstanding. I think she explained everything completely and I understood what I needed to do to get my [ ] feeling good again. I didn’t feel rushed and feel I had great communication with her.

The physician assistant, Jacqueline. She was very thorough explaining my conditions and other possibilities that may have caused my symptoms. She was also very concise about the treatment plan.

X-ray technician was extremely helpful. It was hard for me, but he helped as best he could.

The front desk staff was very helpful in finding me a timely appointment at another location (the Doctor was going to be out [ ] which was the 4-week mark for follow-up) rather than having to wait an additional week [ ]!! Very thoughtful of my concerns. The imaging team also excellent. Love Lee Health in Coconut Point - - it is the star of the system in my opinion.

I have been dealing with a medical issue since 2009 and Dr. Young was the first to suggest testing to find out the basis of my condition. I haves seen several doctors about this condition in the past and all they wanted to do was provide reactive support rather than trying to figure out what is wrong. I really appreciated that she wanted to try and get to the root cause of my issue.

I love that the doctor came in, was not rushed at all. She actually took the time explained everything. you don’t come across that very often anymore, unfortunately. hopefully I don’t have to see her as often as a regular doctor because that would mean I [ ], but at least she is there and it’s great. Great customer service they are people people. 😀
