Ms. Yost is a good PA. The problem is the office overbooks the 1pm appointments. Overbooking is not the customer's problem. Office management needs to work on this issue.

Elizabeth was helpful in helping me understand the questions I had. However; as a Black Woman I am offended by the way she was speaking to me. She called me “sista” more than once. She referred to my period as “yo period.” It is completely unacceptable for a provider to speak in a certain dialect depending on the patient they are with.

My appointment was supposed to be with my Doctor, but she cancelled 3 times, twice 30 min before my appointment and the 3rd time while i was waiting in the office for my appointment. I drove 3 hours to come to these appointments. I finally was seen by the NP. There i was left waiting in the room for am hour and fortyfive minutes before i finally went in the hallway with my paper wrap around me to flag down a nurse. After all that, the NP/office lost my pap and never notified me. I call a month later about my results and was ignored for another week. Finally completely frustrated I called again, the person up front told me she would check on this and call me back, she did not. I called again and again, to finally find out that they lost my pap and I needed to travel 3 hours again to re due my pap. They show absolutely no professionalism or care for patients at all.

Dr. Yost is amazing, she listens and doesn't try to rush you out. She apologized for the Long wait; she honestly can't control who does scheduling.
