Dr. Tu was relaxed and personable. She gave clear answers to questions and added any information she thought would be helpful.

Dr. Tu listened to my issues, did not rush me, and got me an appointment to look further into my issues very soon, and gave me advice for the immediate future. I am so appreciate that she listened to me and valued my experience.

Everyone that I had did an excellent job very polite and made you feel comfortable. Dr. two was very friendly and very thorough and our discussion about my condition and explained what the test I would be taking would be like she was open to be asking questions and answering them. I felt it was an excellent medical visit and appreciate she and her staff.

Dr. Tu took plenty of time to discuss my concerns and listened carefully. That validation and empathy goes a long way. I never felt rushed or like my concerns weren’t being taken seriously.

I’m glad I got to see Dr Tu she was very thoughtful and listened to my problems was glad she took me as one of her new patient. The experience with her was great. She is a wonderful doctor and this was my first visit with her

The doctor is always so pleasant and willing to take time with my questions. She was very intuitive and realized I needed to hear that it takes several years for acid reflux to develop into esophageal cancer. This gave me a lot of comfort here this and no need to worry.

Dr. Yixi Tu is one of the best Gastroenterology that I have met. In the past, I have had at least three to four different ones, and they have either moved or quit or I didn't find them compatible. They did not always take the time to explain things nor were they very friendly. I felt comfortable talking to Dr. Tu from the first time I met her. She is easy to talk to, she explains things well, and she gives you options. Dr. Tu takes her time with you and you don't feel like she is in a rush to get to the next patient. I hope we can keep a good working relationship throughout my treatments.

Dr. Tu is a very thorough clinician. She is also very accessible and open to questions, making me feel confident that I can reach her easily by 'MyChart' at any time with any questions or concerns as I deal with a new chronic condition. I rate her very highly.
