When test results aren't what you expect and you get news that really makes you afraid, I am so lucky to have the staff and the doctor that I have. Dr. Duan explains everything so well and puts your mind at ease and his staff is so well educated and has so much knowledge that they also answer questions, they make sure that you know that they are totally available for you and I wish everybody could have an experience like that with the medical staff. I really appreciate you and I'm glad that you're there.

Dr Duan took the time to explain procedure so I could understand it . I never felt rushed, , Dr Duan listened and explained my questions and fears.
