My doctor is always attentive, and knowledgable - very personable too. I have fibromyalgia, it comes with mental confusion and "brain fog" I'm not stupid, I've done both medical and legal transcription and paralegal duties, that said - I'm overwhelmed with the inability to process information, to understand clearly what is going on with my health. I've got ALOT of arthritis and my pain is off the charts, that also adds to panic, etc. Dr. Cai calms me down, I know "he's got this" always letting me know that the info he's giving me is in the portal so I can check later... he means read it a couple of times because I've forgotten. Never, ever has he made me feel dumb or like a burden, that's all me. I can't tell you how much it helps having a doctor like this. Additionally, he spotten an anomaly in my bloodwork, I didn't know and left untreated it could have been very, very bad. He notified me swiftly and handled it. IHA Trinity Health should be proud to have Dr. Cai on their team, I know I am!
