Dr Galan explains everything about why something is happening and what the plan is and why that plan should work in a way that is understandable by a lay person. None of my other doctors do it so well. I trust her completely and oftern recommend her to family and friends.

Fantastic doctor! Listens and patiently answers questions. Explains all tests and whzt I am doing right and what needs adjusting. The best doctor. The staff is courteous and professional with sincerity and not that false caring. It took a long time to find this practice. My primary sent me to them. All around very pleased with care.

I love Dr. Galan! She is a great doctor and when I met her she explained my entire health history. She clearly cares about her patients and takes her time explaining my labs and aftercare. I would definitely recommend Dr. Galan to friends and family! The office staff is kind and quick with the paperwork I leave the room and immediately am handed labs and paperwork for upcoming appointments. Definitely recommend!

It was the first time I had met Dr. Galan. She is absolutely lovely, lovely bedside manner, explains everything, takes her time, and I would highly recommend her to anybody that needs a nephrologist.

Their record keeping is not up to date. I have expressed many times that I use Quest for my blood work and they still set me up with Lab Cor. This is very frustrating, because I then have to make a special call to correct the problem.

Dr. Galan is a caring and compassionate provider who looks at the whole person when caring for the kidneys and blood pressure and how each system impacts them. She listens carefully when doing a full history and answers any questions I have clearly so I can understand. She always tells me to contact the office if I have any further questions or concerns. The tech and the staff are pl Peasant, courteous and are great in assisting that the appointment goes smoothly.

Dr Galan is so refreshing with, her care ,her knowledge her empathy,her thoroughness in explaining everything..she is always available to take any of my calls. I am blessed to have her as my nephrologist and always in my corner.

Dr. Galan has always informed me of every detail of my test results explaining it in a way that is easy to understand. She takes as much time needed to answer any questions that I might have, and she doesn't rush the answer. I thank her, my wife thanks her, and my Kidneys thank her.

Yes, I'd like to say that I think Yesenia Galan is probably one of the best doctors I've ever dealt with. I went through a kidney transplant, kidney failure with my husband. I'm dealing with her, with my mother. She's thorough. I trust her. She gives me all the information I need to know. She makes, she takes all of my anxiety out of this disease. She keeps me on point, answers all my questions. Anytime I email her, she gets right back to me. I mean, she has worked with me, working with my mother to the point where I don't think I could have done what I've done without Dr. Yesenia Gillan. Thank you.
