Because she asked if there was anything currently troubling me, I mentioned my problem for which I had already seen another physician. She discussed several treatment options, as well as how I could manage it in the future. She gave me hope and immediate action to improve my quality of life. I am grateful.

The nurse was very professional as I would expect.
The front desk personnel are rude, unprofessional and unwelcoming. They need to be coached and retrained on how to welcome clients.
