She is a great professional and answers all of my questions.

She covers previous issues and wants to know that they are still resolved. Next we talk about any questions about previous issues or current issues. Changes in family history and my history since last seen. Then we discuss upcoming events: blood work, MyChart, flu shots, boosters, new items of interest. A well rounded visit.

I understand that Yelena Shuey cannot spend as much time as we would like with us, but she makes the most of that time. Asking appropriate questions and scheduling the proper tests and referrals.

I became Yelena’s patient at first, but when I saw how knowledgeable and efficient she and the excellence she delivers in providing service, I asked if my kids could be seen by her so I decided to put both of my kids under her care as well! I’ve always loved to see her. Yelena is so kind and always does an extensive and thorough.analysis of my visit for the issues I come to see her for. I can stay with Ski that she is the best doctor I’ve ever had!

I have no complaints. She is actually the reason I made my current decision regarding my health care insurance. I was happy w/ my previous insurance but all my doctors and hospital were no longer working with them. I was not willing to give up all my doctors and specifically, Yelena Shuey. A Provider that actually listened to me and asked pertinent questions. This after many, many years of going to providers that just went through the motions and definitely NEVER listened to me.

The best doctor I have ever had in my life! Not only is she super sweet and kind and caring but she’s so knowledgeable and thorough. She takes care of me so well and I wouldn’t switch her for the world. I’m really happy that I found her and that she’s my PCP. She’s also my children’s PCP and they are happy as well to have her. She truly is a gem!

We have zero complaints. Yelena Shuey is the best doctor and we trust her with all her medical needs.. She’s sweet, kind and courteous and above and beyond knowledgeable. She likes to give us a more natural kind of way to take care of our issues which is what I love.
