Listens to concerns, highly respectful of needs and my own health observations. She promptly sends messages about my blood draw and promptly relies to text messages.

I have had Yelena Shuey, PA as a provider for about the last 10 yrs, and she has done an outstanding job. It snd the other staff, easiness to get an appointment, and continuity of care is why I stay at this clinic with her.

Yelena is very good about listening and is very knowledgeable about every illness I've had.

I did not feel a connection with her at first, as if she was just doing job and not caring. As we spent more time together I felt like she was more engaged. And I felt well taken care of by the end of the visit.

The experience was wonderful, over 20 years of seeing 100's of doctors due to my illness and not having a diagnosis, I have seen a lot of doctors. I am happy to see she is one of the best I have seen in 20 years. Highly recommended!

Due to the fact that almost all healthcare people are very busy these days, it did take me about 1-2 months to be able to make an appointment with Yelena. I would also like to mention the other people that I dealt with including administrative people, and other nurses. I can say that I was treated very well by each person I dealt with.

One visit is not enough time to properly evaluate a provider, but I found PA Shuey easy to talk with and felt she was fully qualified to provide good medical care.
