She takes her time and listens to your needs and doesn’t just try to rush you out the office. She actually provides answers when asked questions and provides you with information needed.

Yelena is very good at explaining in detail and very patient and professional. I would also like to compliment Violia as she's the best at what she does and getting authorization from my insurance company for my medications and also very nice about it.

She is pleasant and very thorough in her exam and she even showed me a picture of what she saw on an ultrasound of my heart and she is repeating the test to make sure nothing got worse with my one issue
