They need more front desk staff. I felt horrible for the only girl working the phones checking in and out

Terrible wait time, never heard your complaints, never answered questions, unnecessary visits that were not explained, nor did staff know why I was there, and when I told them how bad postpartum depression was, I got offered a drug that will make things worse and can cause suicidal thoughts if you don’t have good support. I delivered there twice before, and I should have switched sooner this time. The office was great at rock valley. This was terrible.

The provider her self was good when she finally came in the room the procedure I had done of inserting IUD didn’t take long at all I just didn’t like how long I had to wait for the doctor to finally come in the room.
