Natalie and Dr. G were excellent. They were engaging, caring, and knowledgeable. This is my first time at an El Camino facility and honesty it was a breath of fresh air from some of the places I usually go to as far as how the patients are welcomed and treated. I felt more like a guest than a patient.

Dr Gussous has the best patient doctor relationship as he's very down to earth and doesn't rush through anything and keeps things on a level that is easy to understand and follow. Wish more doctors were like him.

He was absolutely amazing! Listened to me. Proposed options. Immediately got me in to all of his referrals with a sense of urgency! Excellent bedside manner! Explained everything step by step. Very thankful for the amount of time he took with me, did not feel rushed at all. Thank you!!!
