From the first time I met Dr Sternbach, I could tell that I was in good hands. He took the time to explain what was going on with me as well as what may or may not needed to be done. I think that the most important things that Dr Sternbach showed to me was his natural confidence that he was going to help me and that he cared about me and my health. This manner was obviously reflected in every member of his staff. I just want to say - thank you to Dr Sternbach and his staff for everything.

The long wait with no explanation is a poor way to treat patients. You ask us to come in 15 minutes before our appointment time. Your actions tells us our time is not as valuable as the providers.
