Dr. Jelwan created a path for me to better health and potentially a longer life with her treatment plan. She went above and beyond to lobby my health provider with additional information to justify approval of a previously denied medication for my regimen. Additionally, she coordinated to reevaluate a condition I have been treated for since 2006 without reevaluation to holistically review and improve the effectiveness of my treatment plan. I truly appreciate her efforts and my subsequent labs have shown improvement. Thank you, Dr. Jelwan.
