Before I even saw Dr. Fardous I signed in and the receptionist, Robin helped me to figure out my bill. Trinity Health has a difficult system to understand.. Robin got all the info, printed it out and explained all the numbers and who I paid what for. It was a very large out-of-pocket bill, but I did not understand it at all. Robin took the time to explain it all to me. I certainly appreciated her time, effort, effort and patience. Thank you Robin.

Dr. Fardous is lovely, and I've enjoyed having her as my physician. I have noticed over the years that they time she spends with me is less and less each year. That's not likely her fault, but rather a reflection of the demands on her time. The visits feel more perfunctory that they have in the past.

Dr. Fardous is an excellent doctor. She takes the time to review your meds, labs and medical problems. She explains everything and allow for questions. Dr. Fardous is very knowledgable and kind.

I really appreciate when Dr. Fardous take the time to ask me if there is anything I wish to address regarding my health before leaving. Most doctors make you come back for another appointment before addressing other issues.
