They took their time to talk to me about everything and explained everything. They asked me alot of questions. Also explained everything to me.

It was a pleasure to meet Carlo Yap we’ll see how things go from here. He looked up as much as he could to familiarize himself with me and my history helped with some referrals, tests and bloodwork, I look forward to seeing him in the future.

I am a new patient to Kaiser as this was just my second visit. I needed to find a new in-plan Provider due to my insurance. My experience was quite positive with friendly and professional staff and I look forward to future medical service at this lovely facility.

My care provider Carlo Yap NP is amazing He truly listens and cares about our health concerns. I followed him from his previous office because he knows my medical history, and I trust him with my care. I’m very grateful to have such a kind and caring doctor.

A pleasant first visit with the young PA. As long as Kaiser offers the same coverages when they take over or merge with Senior Care Plus I will stay with their health care plan.

Really enjoyed my medical consult with Carlo. He listened, was attentive and knowledgeable. I felt comfortable and trusted his feedback. I didn't feel rushed and in the end was glad that I chose him.
