Dr. Yeager is an excellent physician and answered all my questions and concerns. The way she explained things allowed me to understand fully.

We did not find any bad issues with anyone that we encountered at the facility. Everyone was kind in explaining every step of the [ ] that I was going to take thereby reducing my stress level, Everyone from the Front desk check in to the time we left were greeted us kindly. I feel confident that I will be taken care of when I return for my [ ] as well as the follow up . Thank you

Such an amazing experience from the minute you walk in until you leave. Always feel like they care about what concerns you may have.from every employee. We are so thankful we found this group of Doctors, Nurses and staff. Would highly recommend this group, they take great care of you!

Nalani is excellent. She LISTENS, she took her time we did not feel rushed at all. She is interested in what you say and asks questions about your personal life that might make a difference in your care. I wish everyone was like her. She should teach others. Explained everything so we could understand. Absolutely delightful.

I am seeing many doctors due to health reasons. This particular group is the best I see. Everyone is caring and thoughtful. Nalini Yaeger is exceptional. Her level of care is very thorough. Nalani Yaeger is tremendous- very knowledgeable, helpful and personable. Erin at the reception are is tremendous as well. Very helpful a great personality. The young girl who took my vitals was also excellent though I forgot her name.

The team at Shipley cardiothoracic is always very professional with excellent listening skills. Nalani Yeager was patient and very helpful when it came to answering my questions and concerns. She explained in great detail what steps I should take to address certain issues that were of concern to me.
