I have received treatment from Dr. [ ] and Ao in past few years, and I am thankful to them.

I would absolutely recommend Dr. Ao to others. She was attentive, respectful, and made me feel comfortable during the appointment. I left feeling that my concerns were taken seriously and properly addressed.

I hate going to the doctor. But going to this office changes my opinion. Everyone is super nice. The doctors listen to you. They treat you with respect and answer all my questions. You are not rushed or dismissed.

Dr. Ao spend plenty of time listening to my concerns and developing plans of care/actions forward. She had a great balance of talking with me and reading my history, which as a new patient showed me she really wanted to know the full picture of me in order to build a strong doctor/patient relationship. The rest of the team from the front desk to the nurses were friendly, caring and made everything easy.

Dr. Ao is terrific. Explains clearly very thorough and listens to all concerns. Did not feel rushed at all which isn't common anymore with other providers!

The Doctor is very polite. I like that. The staff is also very nice. So which is good thing but I didn't think the Doctor knew my history. She was looking at the charts. On the screen, when I went there, so she didn't know all my history and she didn't ask me questions. She didn't tell me anything about how to prevent. She didn't tell me what my questions are. She didn't ask me about my concerns so because I know there is limited time. So yeah, it was not like a perfect. I don't want to give a bad review for her. She's very nice, the Doctor and the staff. But it was not a complete and thorough. Situation, in my opinion, that they knew everything about my history and they wanted to discuss all the details. And all my concerns and ask questions. Seem like they don't have that much time. So I don't. I didn't even bother to ask because yousually. When I go to doctors they don't listen to. Will they listen somewhere in this stop and did? Say something so II assume that it was because they are a short time frame because they have other patients to take care of as well. So that's why I don't press on them to listen, etc. Because this is there was no briefing on this matter before I visit the doctor what I can do what I cannot do so. This is just based on the impression that I have and and the feeling that I get on. How much time I have And basically it comes down to the time frame and lack of procedures.

Dr. Ao is an excellent physician. She takes the time to listen to my concerns and answer questions. The office is very well run and organized.

I had a great experience. Everyone was friendly and the facility is very clean. I didn't feel rushed and the doctor really listened to me.

I was very pleased with the facility, its setup, its cleanliness, all of those things, the physical aspects. And I was also very pleased with the time the appointment went through. I got there a little early because I had something to do afterwards, and the appointment went through very quickly.

She was very knowledgeable, caring and I felt she did a complete exam.

Dr. Ao is an awesome practitioner with amazing bedside manner. Never in my life have I felt so heard and seen by my PCP. She is truly passionate about her work and makes me feel like I'm her only patient when I'm with her.
