I'm particular about who I see . I was reluctant to see Melissa as she is not my Dr ...I like to feel comfortable around who I am seeing... Dr Schwartz is my family physician. He is awesome... After my visit with Melissa Wynsma i was very impressed with her ability to listen, and care, plus find a solution! She far exceeded expectations!

She goes the extra mile to advocate for her patients. I have been bounced around quite a bit since Valerie Ahrens retired and they have all been very good but I prefer to stay with Melissa for the long haul

I made a 3:00 appointment and arrived 15 minutes early as instructed. Although, I had excellent service I was left sitting in the exam room for 42 minutes before she came in. My time is also valuable.

Melissa is the Best of them all with how much she cares about your medical needs and explaining everything. She always remembers what your concerns are from previous visits and make sure you are getting the Best care for you. She likes to leave no stone unturn with your medical concerns. I love that.

I understand that scripts may be denied or delayed by the pharmacy. However, please notified me if the scripts are denied or delayed by the pharmacy. As we discussed during the visit the scripts would be sent to the nearest pharmacy. Yet the pharmacy did not have the scripts prepared until the following day. I would like to trust healthcare providers more but communication is utterly important to me and my total wellness as well as healthcare.
