What could have been done to improve your experience?
Dr. Wright spent whole time talking about things we had went over in previous talk. I really didn’t get a chance to ask questions because he rambled the whole time. Plus I am not happy he did not tell me the visit was being recorded. I would have said yes but not to as I feel is wrong

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Yes, Dr Wright , unlike any Dr I’ve had before or seen in urgent care in any state , he explains how the medication is to be taken , how it will effect your health for the better, possible side effects. He also really truly cares about his patients & schedules follow-ups to to ensure the medications he’s prescribed are working optimally.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
Nothing , as he’s beyond excellent ! BJC is extremely blessed to have this fabulous Dr employed with their organization . I feel blessed to have found him!! I’ve told 4 friends in Godfrey how wonderful he is& how wonderful the whole staff is . If they say they are doing something they actually do it! That doesn’t happen much nowadays but it does there! Thank you ! Give them all salary increases they truly deserve it!!

Dr Wright’s personal social skills greatly enhanced the visit. He related to the patient in a manner that showed his truthfulness. Great doctor.

Dr. Wright and his staff are a perfect fit for me. They answer my questions so therefore I know they are listening to me. Cleanliness of the facility is superb. I had to find a new primary care physician because mine retired. I dreaded it because I was with mine for so long he knew me Inside now.LOL Dr. Wright and his staff are taking the necessary time to become familiar with someone. They live and work in the Godfrey community and surrounding area and it shows I feel blessed to have Dr. Wright and his staff.

Dr. Wright was simply amazing. His attitude, professionalism, understanding and willingness to listen was unmatched. I look forward to many great years under Dr. Wrights care.

As someone who struggle with anxiety and nervousness, Dr. Wright was able to use his personality and professionalism to keep my mind at ease. I've never felt at ease at a doctors appointment like I have with Dr. Wright. It makes me much less likely to avoid a potential health concern when I have a doctor like him. I appreciate that greatly.

I was THOROUGHLY impressed with Dr.Wrights team! From the time we walked in, the whole staff worked together. No one made us feel rushed at all, and Dr.Wright was very personable and gave me GREAT info!! All around great experience!

Dr Wright is the best PCP I have seen over the past 8 years. Professional, caring, on top of current treatment and conditions and spends time talking and exam without staring at computer. He is a great asset!

There aren't adequate words in the English language alone to describe how incredible Dr. Wright and his MA are. Amazing! Ausgezeichnet! in German. Bora! In Swahili. Emangalisayo! in Zulu. Chiwemi chomene! in the Tumbuka native tongue. Onderful-way! to the Pig Latin community.

This was my first time meeting Dr Wright and found him to be very friendly, and very knowledgeable as he evaluated my medical history and medications. I'm glad I decided to come to his practice.

Dr. Wright is an excellent physician. Extremely knowledgeable, compassionate, professional, and thorough. I have been struggling with depression and am grateful for the patient-centered and evidence-based approach, and I felt included in the decision making. Staff was excellent. They exemplify professionalism and kindness.

Dr.Tyler Wright was excellent listening to my many concerns and taking care of those concerns.He was not in a hurry and was very kind and compassionate.It was my first visit with him after losing my long time Primary Care Dr to a move out of state so I was nervous but he was great and my nervousness subsided.So glad I found him.
