Sam did not know my history or the plan for care discussed with my PCP. Does not seem to have much of a compassionate or caring manner. He listened but seemed unconcerned about my dilemma. I did appreciate his calling in a month refill until he could talk to my PCP. This was kind and I am grateful to him.

I changed to the Kentwood from Dr DeLapp’s office. The care and follow up is so much better at the Jentwood office. Changing to Sam Woods was one of the best decisions I’ve made for my health care.

I was quite disappointed with my visit. I have received care from Sam before and it went well, but this visit seemed different. It was kind of off putting honestly. I felt like I was just another person he had to get through to complete his day. I didn’t feel comfortable to ask all the questions or discuss all the concerns I had wanted to because I felt like any question I did ask were treated like an inconvenience to him. I left feeling disappointed and a little confused, because, as mentioned before, my previous visit with Sam had gone so much better.
