I just wanted to say that my appointment that I had with Latoya was, I haven't met her in person, but she was great. And I just wanted to say thank you.

I appreciated the fact that the nurse practitioner that I worked with, she was very personable. She was kind. She did listen to what I had to say and explained the medication to me and explained some things as to what was going on with me. So I just really greatly appreciated that because she did treat me like a human being and not a number. And I've been treated like that before. I thought she was fantastic. Thank you so much. I will definitely be using the virtual system again.

What else would you like to say about your experience?
Yes, I had to do a telehealth meeting with LaToya and I had a serious rash on my face and arms and we weren't sure what caused it, but she listened carefully and I was very confident. I wasn't sure she could see the rash through the computer, but she was really confident. She absolutely prescribed the right remedy for me and the rash was clearing up within 24 hours. So I thought she did a really good job. I've done telehealth before. I am thinking that in some cases it might not work, but in my case, it did work.

Provider noticed i just had a baby 6 weeks ago and acknowledged that and concerns about antibiotics and breast feeding.

I checked in just as a precaution, but because I was very well heard and understood, the whole care team responded promptly and well. I got the treatment I needed, and peace of mind for my concern.

Very positive experience with my provider. She was professional and compassionate. I would definitely recommend seeing her and using the virtual experience for medical care.

LaToya was great. I loved her. She got straight to the point. She figured out what the problem was, and she helped me as good as she could. She helped me get to the root of my issue, and I really appreciate her. So I really want to say thank you.

This was one of the first times a provider truly listened. She was very pleasant and understanding. I would definitely love to be treated by her again and she was so easy and open to talk to.

Absolutely nothing! She was amazing!

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
The fact that I actually was able to be helped via video care was excellent. I was very sick and needed someone to assess my situation and prescribe what I needed without a physical visit. I wasn’t infecting others and not being exposed to more people who were sick. Grateful for the help.

I arrived with known patterns of symptoms. Latoya listened well, acknowledged my prior experience with symptoms, patterns and treatment. She honored this and ordered the needed medication promptly to address the issue. I was comfortable with her and her competence.
