I am so glad I use the virtual appointment option instead of going to urgent care! I got help very quickly and felt the provider asked great questions about how I was feeling and my health history. I left the appointment feeling hopeful about feeling better soon, and also more informed.

Latoya had problems understanding what I was saying because of technical issues and after an initial video interview, she spoke to me by phone immediately so that she would not miss anything.

I loved working with Nurse Woods. She is caring from the moment she pops up on the screen until the end of the appointment. She is knowledgeable, professional but approachable, warm, and reassuring. It might as well have been an in-person appointment because Nurse Woods was completely present throughout our conversation and totally tuned in. It's a perfect example of how virtual care really CAN work! Nurse Woods reflects beautifully on BJC HealthCare.

This was a virtual call. The lady was very helpful, and helpful.I could tell she was such a caring person. She looked at my broken skin, and I feel really felt sorry for me. If I ever do a video call again, I hope it's her.
