Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Just the ease of being heard, getting the care I needed, and quickly - all from the comfort of my sick bed at home. I had my antibiotics within an hour, and was able to get start feeling better, sooner. And that matters for a working mom, and just about anybody!!

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
I wanted to share some positive feedback about my virtual appointment with Latoya. From start to finish, she was incredibly professional and attentive. What stood out most was her ability to listen carefully to my concerns and ask insightful questions that got to the heart of the matter. She explained her recommendations in a way that was easy to understand and made me feel like a partner in my own care. It’s rare to find a practitioner with such outstanding skills, and I am very grateful for her help.

Latoya was excellent in assessing my medical problem, advising me of some home procedures I can implement, and setting up the ultrasound appointment very quickly.

She was very kind and empathetic to my situation. She went over the steps we could take to resolve my cough. She immediately called me in a prescription. She reinforced that if it wasn't better to call back or go to urgent care. She was pleasant and kind and very nice to talk to.. I felt very confident in her plan of treatment.

She was so attentive to listening to my concerns, took time to talk through options and symptoms. She was also soooooo fast responding to the messages. I felt heard and cared for!

The nurse practitioner Latoya that I spoke with was knowledgeable of my symptoms and addressed my needs. Much more than I could say about my primary care doctor office that I have yet to back from.
