I arrived with known patterns of symptoms. Latoya listened well, acknowledged my prior experience with symptoms, patterns and treatment. She honored this and ordered the needed medication promptly to address the issue. I was comfortable with her and her competence.

Just the ease of being heard, getting the care I needed, and quickly - all from the comfort of my sick bed at home. I had my antibiotics within an hour, and was able to get start feeling better, sooner. And that matters for a working mom, and just about anybody!!

I wanted to share some positive feedback about my virtual appointment with Latoya. From start to finish, she was incredibly professional and attentive. What stood out most was her ability to listen carefully to my concerns and ask insightful questions that got to the heart of the matter. She explained her recommendations in a way that was easy to understand and made me feel like a partner in my own care. It’s rare to find a practitioner with such outstanding skills, and I am very grateful for her help.

She was very kind and empathetic to my situation. She went over the steps we could take to resolve my cough. She immediately called me in a prescription. She reinforced that if it wasn't better to call back or go to urgent care. She was pleasant and kind and very nice to talk to.. I felt very confident in her plan of treatment.

Really worked to make sure that I could get the Paxlovid as the pharmacy was closing soon. It made for a more speedy recovery, and it’s appreciated.
