This was my first appointment as a new patient. I was very impressed with the amount of time and concern that was shown by all the staff. I am looking forward to continuing my care with this office. I highly recommend your team and service to my family and friends.

Cindy is always kind and has a smile on her face. Carlie is a wonderful provider who spends the time to listen to your concerns and will offer any support needed to help you reach your medical health goals. It's nice to have a provider that truly cares.

Everyone from the front desk staff (Tammy and Jody), the clinical staff (Brandi and Katie), to the provider (Carlie) exhibited the Genesis mission and values in every interaction I had with them. Their dedication to excellence can easily be seen through their outstanding quality of work. This office has some of the finest staff that Genesis has ever employed. I will always recommend them to friends and family around the area.

The medical staff are always nice and helpful. Carlie spent the time listening to me talk about my concerns and was more than willing to provide comfort, suggestions and resources during the visit.

Everyone we have talked to on the phone or in the office has been so friendly and welcoming. Our last provider did not have very kind office staff. We are actually glad our last provider didn’t take our new insurance because the staff at the Crooksville office is so friendly and listens. Thank you!

Carley gives me the option to have my dosage raised or lowered based on how I feel, and respond to the meds instead of her just making that decision like some doctors do.

Carlie and all the staff always go above and beyond. Coming to crooksville for visits is now out of my way but I had never had a provider listen and care as much as Carlie does.

I really loved my Wellness Visit with Carlie. She was super thorough, listened to me when describing new symptoms, ordered the appropriate tests and communicated results. I saw her because Dr. Grygo was not available for an appointment for a while but I would see Carlie again and/or have her as my PCP.
