I didn't go in expecting to immediately have meds recommended, so I am still adjusting to that information. Lauren was great. Explained things well. And was quick to comment in portal about lab results, which I appreciated.

Lauren always takes the time to fully discuss all my issues and options. She is so nice & helpful. I never feel rushed or ignored. She is an excellent communicator and I really appreciate that. I can reach her whenever I need help. She is very responsive in the portal as well. I feel she's really looking out for me.

Lauren is exemplary in listening to me and making recommendations for me, even if she disagrees (ex., I strongly do not want to use a pump even though she recommends I do). She spends the amount of time I need to explain to me my treatment plan and answer all my questions. I think she’s the best!
