I had no problems with my appointment with Lauren Wong and any of the staff at the Endocrine Unit. All very helpful. Even the person who took my blood was very nice...and painless.

My case is very complex, with many comorbitites , and Lauren takes all of the problems in stride. She always tries to plan and prepare for all outcomes, as an excellent practioner does. She has tried several different protocols with me in order to obtain the outcomes needed. I can't say enough positive things about her, she is stellar!

Dr. Wong took the time to explain all options available to me for treatment of my condition and didn't make me feel that I was taking up too much of her time either. She made sure that I understood the risks and benefits of each option as well.

I liked the provider very much, but she is young and I am older, and her enthusiasm for the treatment that she was recommending was a little more than I could process in the moment. I had to digest and think at home.

When i found out Beth Nardacci was retiring, i was concerned. But, in my humble opinion, Lauren Wong is doing a great job of filling some big (albeit little) shoes 😀 Thank you!
