Ms. Wong is an exceptional example of how all providers should interact with their patients. She listens, asks appropriate questions, insures my understanding of issues, provides guidance for better health going forward and I sense that she really cares! The appointment is not rushed, but rather thorough and impactful to my wellbeing. Thank you for the opportunity to comment.

Lauren is very friendly and takes time to answer my questions. I greatly appreciate that. I've only seen her a couple of times, so I don't have an extensive history of working with this practitioner.

Lauren is wonderful! Great communicator & always responds quickly when I have any issues between visits. She has helped me get back on track managing my diabetes whenever I feel like giving up.

I like the way she treats her patients. She comes in and greets me - starts what she needs to review w/me - then asks "Now do I have any questions." She listens to me speak and answers whatever is on my mind.

Dr. Wong has been an amazing provider/specialist I have had in a long time. She listens to my needs and wants and makes them happen every time and my diabetes has been so manageable with her and Cathy’s assistance and I couldn’t ask for a better team! She’s also so understanding and concerned about my well being and I actually love going to my appointments because she always has a solution when I’m overthinking.

I didn't go in expecting to immediately have meds recommended, so I am still adjusting to that information. Lauren was great. Explained things well. And was quick to comment in portal about lab results, which I appreciated.
