I appreciate that Lauren listens to me and works with me to find the appropriate solutions for my concerns. I don’t feel judged by her, which makes it very easy to be open and honest about my health.

She encourages you to take charge of your condition and work with her to improve it by explaining what your options are and the tradeoffs involved. No theatrics, no shaming, just enthuiastic encouragement to do the best you can while indicating she will do everything possible to make the treatment plan you both are working on work the best for you.

Ms. Wong is an exceptional example of how all providers should interact with their patients. She listens, asks appropriate questions, insures my understanding of issues, provides guidance for better health going forward and I sense that she really cares!
