Positive experience every time. Dr. Wong is the best provider. He is attentive, caring, and extremely knowledgeable.

We had a great experience with Dr Wong. He has helped me on more than one occasion with referrals to other dr's we need for certain medical concerns. We're glad he's our kids pediatrician and we try to wait for an apt with him vs going to see anyone else.

Brian Wong is patient, kind, knowledgeable doctor. My son had a lot of questions and Dr. Wong never made us feel rushed. He let Sawyer ask him as many things as he wanted and answered them appropriately. I’ve never felt I not rushed in a doctor’s office ever.

We appreciate our son being listened to responded to with consideration- he was shy and not open to our doctor doing the check up, so our doctor did what was necessary and forgone what wasn’t, like an inner ear exam. He was kind and offered us a diaper when he saw that our son’s diaper was wet during the exam too.

Took time, wasn't in a rush. Listened to my son and gave a referral to a specialist for a foot issue.

To be clear, the high ratings I gave are for Dr. Wong NOT the front desk staff. It would be more beneficial if you made that distinction/choice in your survey. We would leave this provider if it wasnt for Dr. Wong.
