Dr.W and her Nurse Amanda are the best they’re always there to listen and assist since day 1 Tge receptionist can be better but they are not the Dr or Nurse

She has been my PCP for years so I know her style but I need more care-compassion, help..for ex., my begging for help in pain management has gone ignored...her no advice at my request to get off of YEARS of metformin..request for weight managent when 33BMI & 40 lbs overweight I realize an insurance expense but weight adversely effected my knees/ back..life.

I think women are generally worried if their health issues warrant a doctor’s visit. I tend to try the “wait it out” method and I haven’t seen a doctor in years. My biggest concern with going to a doctor is that it will be a long wait time, short visit; where I’m not truly heard, and no clear diagnosis. Dr W was none of those things. I left feeling that she genuinely cared to help me. I have peace of mind knowing she is my Doctor.

She is no hand holder. All business. However, she got a big thumb's up from my surgeon for her old-school recommendation of warm compresses to draw out bacteria from an open wound. Simple but effective treatment. She won't give you a warm fuzzy but she will give you what you need to address the issue.
