Again, Jessica was great informative and took the time that we needed. I’m hoping to actually meet the surgeon prior to surgery that will do my heart procedure, we will see. The great service so far.

Jess is a good PA. My only complaint is the system didn’t seem to go at fast pace. Originally the MRI was supposed to be 10-6 I complained and they put me on the wait list. I got in 9-12 then the MRI wasn’t read in time for my appointment that was a week later. I asked for a sooner appointment and was told no way, 10-2 was the best. I offered to talk to Jess on the phone and was told she didn’t do that. It seemed like they made the mistake by not having the MRI read and should have gotten me in sooner.

Most of the time when you see a doctor they usually have you out very fast ,but with Jessica I didn’t feel that way. She spent time with us which i really appreciated.
