THE REASON THAT I SUBMITTED THE SCORE THAT I DID IS BECAUSE THIS WAS MY FIRST TIME VISITING THE CLARKSTON OFFICE AND MEETING MY NEW PCP-DR. WOLEKE, HIS STAFF WAS EXTREMELY WELCOMING, PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS. DR. W WAS VERY ATTENTIVE TO ALL MY CONCERNS AND QUESTIONS. I FELT VERY COMFORTABLE COMMUNICATING WITH HIM AND GETTING TO KNOW HIM BETTER, I THANK GOD THAT I MADE THE RIGHT CHOICE IN SELECTING A NEW PCP. LOOKING FORWARD TO A LASTING PATIENT/DR RELATIONSHIP!

Dr. Bradford is a caring, knowledgeable, doctor who takes the time to listen to your concerns, provide solutions explained so the patient can fully understand, and provides follow up treatment to ensure the patient is taken care of and satisfied with his or her treatment.

I don't ever feel like I'm being listened to when I speak to the doctor. I know that I'm being judged by him based on my weight and that he already has a preconceived notion in his mind about me before the appointment begins. I can see this in the case review notes afterwards as there is commentary that we either never spoke about or that he added that I never said.
