Dr. Bradley Witbrodt is without a doubt one of the most professional, informative, concerned and caring medical provider/doctor that I have ever had. I’m 66 years old, very pro active with my health, visit all my doctors regularly and hardly ever respond to customer service surveys unless something special stands out to me. Thus the reason for me completing this survey is the experience I had with Dr. Witbrodt.

Dr. Witbrodt should practice being a better listener. He was always interrupting nd cutting me off when I was trying to explain things. It was very frustrating to me and to my spouse.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
I am have faith in my care and confidence in all members of Dr. Witbrodt’s team. Dr. Whitbrodt set the bar high regarding patient care. I wish all medical professions would follow his lead. He listens, explains and takes all the time necessary so, as a patient, you feel heard.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
We waited a bit longer this visit than normal, however the wait was still not excessive and I expect it was because another patient needed additional care. I don’t mind waiting because I know if I needed the extra attention it would be given to me.

I had a good visit and Dr whitbradt took time to review and discuss my history and made some recommendations.

My appointment was at 1:45. I arrived early 1:30 as suggested. I didn’t see the doctor till about 2:30. I waited in the exam room for about 30 minutes.
