Dr Aliahmad was so knowledgeable & took the time to address our issues & took the appropriate steps to resolve them. Great personality & was caring. Natalia is a sweetheart, very organized & always know who we are. Fee always gets us by name & always willing to work with scheduling us. Although we did not come in contact with the rest of the staff, this visit, they have always been willing to take care of our needs. Hats off to Winter Park Dedicated Senior medical center.

Not as as satisfied or happy as we used to before some changes was made. Everyone health is important to them. Referral is important, if our health needs is very necessary to see a specialist. so right diagnosis or medications can be prescribed.Sad❤️🩹

Keep your doctors so I can see the same doctor every visit and establish a relationship with MY doctor. Respect my time- get me in when my appointment starts (you promised no waiting) and I should be finished in the time you told me. Keep the appointments! I have yet to have an appointment that met on the original date/time originally scheduled. I agreed to a date/time/doctor appointment change (again) because it was a short 20 minute visit. I had a commitment 1 hour and 45 minutes later that day. Due to wait times I left your facility not after 20 minutes but 40+ minutes later.

It would be appreciated if the referral department would be better supervised. It's an I convinced when the patient has to be calling to inquire about the status of their referral. I feel that there is a lack of communication. However I was very pleased with the treatment I got from Dr. FORRESTER.
