Dr Hong is great! He always takes time to listen to your concerns and questions. He takes a genuine interest in your life. The staff is also very kind and knowledgeable.

Dr. Hong was very thorough, addressed all my concerns, and answered all my questions. He was both personable and professional. When I left the office, I felt confident that he could treat my illness. The office staff were both friendly and efficient.

Dr. Hong is the best!!! He listens, is attentive, goes over and beyond and has such a caring bedside manner. He even FaceTimed with me during my husband’s first appointment with him, since I wasn’t able to be there in person!!! He and his entire staff at the Douglasville office have been outstanding!!!

Dr.Hong ..I would say if you have him as your Dr. It can't get any better...I have to rate him a solid 10!! That means it can't get any BETTER.. Piedmont did a GREAT job when they hired Dr.Hong....

Check in was very quick and efficient. My wait time to be brought back to the exam room was maybe 10 or less minutes after checking in. My wait time for Dr. Hong, after the nursing staff was done, was equally short. Everyone i came into contact with was very efficient and very caring. It is always a pleasure visiting with them.

Dr. Hong is patient, listens attentively, and explains things in detail when necessary. He always enters the room with a big smile and immediately you feel at ease. He never rushes you and, sometimes, he cracks a joke or two.

This is my 3rd cardiologist I have enjoyed my experience with him better than my previous 2 cardiologist. He made it more enjoyable to know about my condition. My previous 2 cardiologist where is not as clear as this one.
