Heather may not actually remember us from annual visit to visit, but she seems like she does and is always friendly and patient with my curious child. She also involved my 5 year old in her own healthcare by asking if she had any questions about her health.

I would like to formally express my concerns regarding the level of care and professionalism I experienced during my recent appointment. Unfortunately, I did not feel heard or properly listened to when attempting to explain my medical concerns and symptoms. Rather than taking the time to address or discuss my issues thoroughly, I was repeatedly advised to seek care elsewhere.
The interaction left me feeling dismissed, frustrated, and unsupported as a patient. Effective communication, compassion, and attentive care are extremely important in a medical setting, especially when patients are dealing with ongoing health concerns. Regrettably, my experience did not reflect those standards.
I believe patients deserve to feel respected, acknowledged, and given an opportunity to fully discuss their concerns without feeling rushed or disregarded. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and used to improve future patient interactions and quality of care.

Heather is like a relative you don’t see too often. She is on top of my health issues. I am always so nervous when I go to the doctor. She calms me down .

Heather will listen to you and talk to you and find out things by asking questions on everything to see why and what us the problems you have. She will take your opinion on what you want to be done and then move forward if need be. The my chart is great you get responses back quickly and can send a question to any of the doctors you’ve been too. She’s like a friend but with a medical degree to help!
