First I would like to mention that my original app. was with Dr Brebnor but it had been cancelled. I was beyond disappointed and when I called they told me they had left be a message 2 months prior. I never got that message and I don't know why they don't text or mention it on my chart. The girl I spoke with had a VERY bad attitude. I was able to get an appointment at a later date wih Ms Wilson Charlene whom I very much liked. But I had a bad experience with the cancellation and was considering cancelling Holy Cross all together.

The other part of this experience that is infuriating and embarrassing, and disgusting was I was still in the state of undress ,My legs were wide open, and she didn’t leave the room for me to get recompose. She continued to discuss the next steps ,like I could hear anything while I was in this state. After experiencing Dr.English and her professionalism,I’m disgusted with how Wilson physical examination went. I do appreciate it that she saw a lot that have started a chain event of Care that I desperately needed, but her bedside manners needs a lot of work.
