Shannon Williams was fantastic. She shared her concerns with my current medication and encouraged me to try a better medication that will help with my condition. Shannon has a great disposition and is easy to speak with and she shows concern for my issues. Please thank her!

Shannon was extremely helpful with information re: my condition & potential treatment— I appreciated especially her clarity and specific responsiveness to my questions, with details appropriate to my inquiries. Her professionalism and manner were just outstanding and I’m really happy to engage with this office as a new patient.

Shannon Williams was very good in communicating with me about what I find to be an EXTREMELY embarrassing condition. She made me feel comfortable talking about fecal incontinence. I am grateful for that!!

Miss Shannon and her staff were very knowledgeable. Explain things clearly took their time with my mother, who is hard of hearing, and could not speak well. It was overall a wonderful experience, considering what it was for.

Everyone was was great I had a not so easy problem to talk about and they made it very easy to talk about they understood how embarrassing it was and made me feel easy about talking about it so i could get the right care i needed

The entire staff that I encountered during this visit was top notch. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. I really felt each person, including my provider, was thorough and took the time to listen to my concerns.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
Honestly, there is nothing I can think of that could have made this appointment go more smoothly. This appointment was the best medical experience I have had in recent memory.

My experience with Shannon was one of the best I have ever had. She was professional and knowledgeable and listened to my concerns and questions. When I left I felt that I had a plan of care that addressed my concerns.
