I saw Shannon Williams, NP yesterday for some ongoing digestive issues. She was amazing and very friendly and gave me great advice on what over the counter stuff to take to help a little bit.

The staff and provider was very supportive, very friendly, and they adhered to my needs. The provider seemed to be very connected with me. She was concerned about my needs. She answered questions, and she asked me if I have any questions. And it was just a great one-on-one experience. And I really enjoyed my first visit there and hope to visit there again. Thank you.

My Provider exceeded my expectations! She came into the room like a burst of sunshine, she was professional, approachable, knowledgeable and have a guideline for my health plan. I immediately felt I hope for my situation.

Shannon was very polite and easy to listen to. She was understanding that that I had an out of town trip coming up and graciously told me to just text her when I returned and we would start something new then. I appreciated that greatly.

They were very attentive to my concerns and listened to the issue that I was having and helped by giving me some solutions to try. And if I did not feel better, I was more than welcome to call back and they would discuss other alternatives to help clear up my issue.

After I got an appointment, ms. Shannon Williams put my mind at ease about the procedures, & schedule my colonoscopy & endoscopy . Dr. Walia and his staff made me feel cared for & respected. Dr. Sandeep Walia did a great job with the procedures.

The nurse and Dr Williams was very good and listened very well. Getting me in for the next procedure is very good , worked around my trip and made it as soon as I returned.

This was the first time I met Shannon and we had an excellent office visit. She made me feel very comfortable, answered all of my questions and provided me with answers that were very helpful and practical. I am so glad to have someone like her!

My visit with NP Williams was great! She was friendly, patient, and explained things well. She was unhurried. She likes to solve issues naturally which really made me happy. I wish every doctor’s visit was as wonderful as my visit with NP Williams.
