Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Rachael Williams is an excellent provider. She is so friendly and takes the time to hear out any questions and concerns before offering solutions or advice. I feel well taken care of with her.

Dr Williams took time with me and offered expertise on questions I had. I felt safe and heard.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
I felt like myself in the doctor were friends from the first second she started talking. I was extremely comfortable. I’m very very happy with her.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
The NP i saw (Williams) was phenomenal. I had some abnormal labs and she went above and beyond creating a plan of care and keeping me updated on further testing I had to have done. I felt very supported and like she truly cared.

Rachael is very kind and caring. She did not make me feel like she had to rush to get to another patient. She is knowledgeable and helpful.

Rachael is always so kind and patient. She never makes me feel rushed, and she treats all of my many questions as valid while taking the time to address every concern.

Rachel gives the best care and information I have ever had from any nurse or obgyn that I have experienced in my life. I am 60 years old and went to my first obgyn at the age of 19. She is excellent.

Rachel was very thorough as far as a medical point of view. She explained everything to me and answer some additional questions. All other staff was very nice and professional.

I was so grateful to Rachael Williams for the care she provided during my visit. I have been a patient of Rachael for a while. My visit with Rachael was everything. The way she interacted with me, listened, and provided a plan of care made me feel like she heard my concerns and took them seriously and saw me as a whole person.

I wear a brace and was unsure if I could be seen or get on the table for the exam. Both Dr. and her nurse, helped and assured me of safety while assisting me.

Rachel is always so helpful and reassuring even when talking about tough subjects. You can tell she cares a lot about her patients

I was very nervous going in to my first appointment today as I was very comfortable with my last OBGYN. Everyone I encountered at BJC was so kind and welcoming. Rachael was fantastic. She was very easy to talk to, thorough, relatable, and made me feel at ease. She did not rush our visit at all.

Rachael personally followed up and was so kind. Same for the staff. I felt cared for on a personal level which is so rare. 10/10 - this is a phenomenal team

NP Williams is exceptional. She listened to my concerns and we mutually discussed a care plan moving forward. She is thorough, professional, caring and knowledgeable. The staff were equally friendly and professional.

Everyone I came into contact with was great. I had a wonderful first experience at this practice and I’m happy. I was referred to them by my primary care doctor.
