Look forward to Dr. Williams "taking care" of my medical needs and concerns. Dr. Steen's retirement was difficult for those of us who had been wih her for such a long time. Dr. Williams is, for me, a perfect addition to the medical group.

Dr. Williams is new to the group, following retirement of Dr. Steen. I was with Dr. Steen for 25+ years. I found Dr. Williams to be warm, knowledgeable, and caring. I feel very comfortable and confident going forward with Dr. Williams.

She seemed to genuinely care and took the time to listen and explain things to me. I liked my previous provider, but things always seemed a bit rushed previously. That was not the case with Dr. Williams.

The initial wait in the exam room was longer than anticipated but the nurse came by to apologize as did the dr when she arrived. I understand patients sometimes need more time. I would expect the same.
