Once I arrived for my appointment at 10am, appointment was at 10:20am, I had to wait until for about 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment time before I was called back. Once I was called back I had to wait another 30 minutes for the doc to come in after I spoke to the nurse. Dr. Williams was great but the process was not such a great experience.

Highly disappointed with the notes taken at the time of my appointment. Notes saying I refuse my old meds due to side effects. This statement was false and inaccurate and could lead to complications in the future.
