Although Dr. Smith's appts. were running behind schedule by a significant amount of time; his staff alerted me to such, and on e he arrived at my exam room, he was very apologetic for the wait. Dr. Smith was very attentive and engaged, this was my 1st visit with him. He did not rush me, he listened as I explained my situation. He included me in the treatment plan which I greatly.appreciated.

Virtual Hospital has been my care provider for over 20-something years. I would never go anywhere else. I would recommend anybody to come to Virtual World. You guys are very kind, courteous, and I just trust you with my life. So, all my doctors are Virtual World doctors, except for my eyes that go to Will's Eye because I have a retina specialist. But other than that, Virtual is my hospital, and I would never go anywhere else. Okay, thank you, and have a blessed day.

Everyone was fantastic! From the lady who checked me in, [REDACTED], & Dr. Smith!! They were awesome!! Everyone was very kind and respectful! Even the nurses and assistants who I saw in the hallways were very polite and helpful. It was a very welcoming and positive experience all around. Thank you!

Doctor was very convinced that I had arthritis. Not sure I totally agree with that because there's intense pain at certain places on my left wrist.

Dr. Smith listens to all of my concerns and comes up with the best treatment option. He is very kind and caring! The staff are all very nice too. It makes coming in a very pleasant experience with a good outcome.

Yes, I've been very happy with my virtual experience, virtual orthopedics. My husband was a patient. He was treated very, very well a few years ago. I became a patient. I've seen three different doctors on four different occasions or perhaps five. They were all excellent and I have recommended your facility to some friends. I really am impressed and I thank everybody for looking after me. Thank you so much.

Excellent care and help in getting to the bottom of understanding my problem. X rays taken on site and prescription for meds given promptly. I really appreciate their expert care.

The communication experience is terrible. Love the Doctor but getting to him is infuriating. Your phone system is horrible. I have been on hold more than once and been the 55th caller. Then only to get someone who doesn't schedule appointments for the hand doctor. I need surgery but couldn't schedule it at my office visit. It should be able to be done while you are with your provider at the office. Instead I had to wait for a scheduler to call me days later and when she did I was in class with students and couldn't get the call. When I tried calling back I only got a voicemail. She eventually called back but by then other appointments had filled up and I have to wait longer. Your system of making appointments of ANY kind doesn't work for the patient. No one seems to care either. The response is yes, this is how Virtua is. You've hired 3rd party "everything" and have more employees the patient has to weed through to get to the doctor and this has made for a horrible patient experience. Plus your AI answering system is terrible too.

Dr. Smith and his staff are very knowledgeable and it is obvious that they care for each of their patients as they would family. I can unconditionally recommend this practice to everyone.

Dr Will Smith and his medical Nurse /assistant were wonderful and quick to treat my painful left hand . I believe his assysrabt was {redacted} But again ... they explained every option and treatment for my trigger finger and thumb.

Yes, everyone was trained professionally. I mean, I can't say anything, I can't say anything bad. Everyone was very nice from the time I signed in until I came home through the covery room, everything. Everything and everyone treated me very, very good. And I thank you for sending me there and I have no complaints.

I want to say that the whole office was organized. I was treated as soon as I walked in the door, I was greeted. The girl behind the desk knew who I was. She had my information ready. Same as when I went in the doctor's office. He had all my information. He knew who I was. I didn't feel like just a number. He didn't rush me. It was an excellent place to go. I would recommend it to anyone. After I left, I felt so much better for the fact that they treated me like a human being. Thank you. Bye. Bye-bye.

This is my 4th visit to Reconstructive Ortho and the 4th time I requested my internist be added to my chart so he can receive updates. So, far it has not happened, and I'm considering going elsewhere.

The physical therapist working for Dr Smith should not be looking in people files, making diagnosis, prepping medication, or overall doing anything medically that she isn't cleared for. She actually told me that a medication that I am allergic to, she placed in the shot. Upon looking at my chart and realizing she didnt infact add it made it a joke, like hahaha I could have just killed you and now im lmao. A check to see if she has credentials to do any type of medical care should be taken.

After a truly awful experience with a different doctor regarding the medical issue, I feel fortunate to have met Dr Smith to continue my care. He was attentive, provided specific information that I did not have in the past, and gave me confidence in continuing my care with him.
