Dr. Smiths staff compromise some of the most friendly and knowledgeable medical / clerical people I have encountered. Dr. Smiths staff compromise is both compassionate and a pleasure to have on my medical team. Add in Charliann Manny and Jane Fowler as his medical staff and it's always a pleasant and satisfying visit!

he was very rush. he saw my xrays but I could not. very quick look at hands. said he would get a script for me and left office. I thought he would come back but he did not. nurse came in and said time to leave. I said I didn't know that was visit end and told "yes" and that he had two more patients to see. I felt totally empty after the visit. he is good Dr in that he knows his stuff but there is also the patient relationship that should be part of the Dr/patient experience.

The doctor explained to me all my options and he knew my medical history and his assistant checked on my upcoming therapy to make sure it's the correct one

Everyone at Virtua Reconstructive was courteous and pleasant. Dr. Smith explained my condition thoroughly and also explained the treatment. With a miniscule amount of discomfort he was able to alleviate my pain. I would recommend him to any of my family and friends.

Everything was great as expected from Reconstructive Ortho, however the time in the waiting room was excessive - over 30 minutes. I am a patient of several doctors at this practice and have never spent that long in the waiting room.

My appointment was on time I didn't have to wait. The staff was very kind and professional. Dr. Smith was wonderful. He knew exactly what my injury was and treated me . I will definitely go there again if needed.

This is one of if not the most impressive experiences I've had visiting a physician. All four people I interacted with from the front desk to a physicians to the x-ray technician or all very personable and seemed highly qualified. They're just seemed to be a very positive culture in the office. Will definitely be back if I need similar healthcare services!

The front office staff are the first people you encounter and honestly they were the least friendly group I've encountered in any medical office. Not welcoming at all !!! The rest of the staff were amazing.

2pm apt with dr Wagner. By 3 10pm doctor did not show for a my apt. 2 nurses came in moved to another room and told doctor smith would see me. I asked the nurse when did doctor smith agree to see me. She said I have not told him yet. Dr smith was great
