We had expected to see Dr. G. The woman who talked with us did an excellent job but we had expected to see him.

Everyone was great. And the front door staff are excellent. The doctors and nurses are fantastic. However on exiting the older woman who processed me at window #2 (BIG Pittsburg Steelers fan) was ignorant and arrogant. She acted like I was 12 years old and she was doing me a favor. Terrible service.

Time to check in and see the doctor was reasonable. The doctor’s discussion was clear and specific without causing unnecessary worry or confusion. The doctor took time to explain the conditions and the plan of response.
