Your scheduling process is horrible. The staff makes no effort to schedule appointments for your convenience or your needs. I was told I had to just take what there was (which is 4 weeks overdue) and I would have to call them back over and over until I could possibly get a cancellation earlier! And when I tried to verbalize my disappointment again, she said, "Do you want to schedule it or not?"
So I actually rated the staff as a 7, but if I had to rate just this one staffer, it would be a 3.

The doctor Meador was amazing. He seem like her really cares. I truly hope this is the case. This has been our 3rd diagnosis. So our family has been in a world wind for over 8 months now. He truly seemed like he what's to get to the bottom of things and get the correct diagnosis. I pray he does

The entire experience was wonderful. Location is fantastic. Receptionist and nurses were very friendly. Dr Meador was so kind, took time with me, and made me feel at ease.

My limited experience with UAB has gone very well. Staff have all been very welcoming, helpful and friendly. Can’t say enough about their attitudes.

Dr. Meador spent time going over my MRI results and explained it to me. Also, he let me ask all my questions. I feel he is being proactive with my health and my family and I appreciate it.

I had a fall and bumped my head really hard , which made me confused for 2 days. I wanted to see my doctor who knows my medical history, but was told it would be 6 weeks before he could see me.

Dr. Meador and his staff were very friendly, patient, and willing to listen to my concerns. Dr. Meador discussed in detail my MRI report and was willing to investigate further to help find out the source of my pain. I really appreciate his time and patience with me.
