I arrived for my appointment at least 20 minutes early. Did not have to wait. They took me early. Got out at least 30 minutes before I expected. Was able to attend a funeral that I thought I was going to miss. Many thanks.

While the doctors and staff are always pleasant and professional it seems they are on a fast-track regimen. Prep time is great but the doctor seems to be rushed. It’s not just UAB (Kirkland) as most large practices are geared this way now.

UAB seems more worried about how many people they can get in than helping. The wait is long and the appointment is so fast you feel rushed to get an open room.

The nurse who took me back and the nurse who did the EKG were both very personable and kind. The lady who checked me in at the front desk was precious and very helpful, as well.

The ladies at checkout could work on their attitudes. I've gotten the same cold response each visit. Both on computers and never look up to acknowledge you just say I'll be with you in a minute. Then checkout is just as cold.
Entire clinic is 10+ except this last leg of leaving.

Dr Maddox is well organized. His nurse, Lisa impressed me with ht notes she took six months ago as she asked follow-up questions related to those notes. Very Good Follow-up!

They lost my file and I had to wait an extra hour. Didn't see my Dr. til 11 and my appt. was at 9. So yes I was very upset and unsatisfied
