I used to see Dr. Kowal years ago until I started receiving care from a PA in the office. My PA left the practice since last year so I very much appreciate being able to re-establish care to be provided by Dr. Kowal.

I also want to recognize the nurse that also cared for me, her name is Kathy, who has been a registered nurse for a long time and is knowledgeable, compassionate and extremely courteous, and put me at my ease right away. Dr. Kowal is very lucky to have such an experienced nurse on his staff.

I have been a patient of Dr Kowal for a number of years and my insurance is from AMCH but I continue to go to him even know if I went to AMCH doctor I wouldn’t have a co- pay because he is a great doctor

Only downside was that it was several minutes between th preliminary checking of vitals and Dr Kowal seeing me. Would have been helpful if. Someone let me know he was running late.

Dr. Kowal is absolutely a great PCP. The office folks could be friendlier, but it's fine. The tech who prepped me rushed and handed me a comically undersized gown (I'm not that big). But again, Dr. Kowal is wonderful.
