The nurse and doctor was very caring and listen to what I had to say because I do have a tilted uterus because of an emergency C-sections and when they shredded my stomach muscles, and two years later, I was trying to get pregnant, but discovered that I did not have any stomach muscles up top that they were attached to my rib cage and my bottom stomach muscles were underneath my hip bones, but these doctors and nurses were great even the one that did my blood the morning of she was also great, actually she was amazing. She gave me a lot of knowledge because I would like to go to school for a patient care technician to work at the hospital and I was signing up for Brookdale College and she gave me awesome pointers on how to do that and I really respected that she took the time out to talk with me about it. So all in all they’re amazing people at that office.

Dr weeks has always been amazing. He is caring and professional and it is clear he truly cares about his patients. I do not have the same experience with the office staff. I have more than once had an issue and I do not believe the staff hasn’t understand understanding of anxiety and comorbid conditions. Dr. weeks actually had to intervene to get the office to complete what he had instructed them to do on my behalf

Hi, the extreme issue that I have with this particular provider's office is the difficulty in scheduling appointments in a timely manner. Patients have to be sort of siphoned to other providers. I've been a patient of this practice for close to 20 years and I've been sort of shuffled around because of lack of availability. You know, there's limited appointment availability. You have to go through a ridiculous amount of prompts in order to speak to somebody. It's just become quite an issue, I feel like, which is upsetting because I truly do enjoy the providers themselves. It's the system that needs fixing. So, and I'd love to talk more about it if somebody wants to call me. Thank you. Bye-bye.
