Everyone from the receptionist to the tech who laughed about my anxiety-driven hypertension with me to Dr. Weeks was incredibly kind and enthusiastic. Everyone is so nice and glows.

Dr weeks has always been amazing. He is caring and professional and it is clear he truly cares about his patients. I do not have the same experience with the office staff. I have more than once had an issue and I do not believe the staff hasn’t understand understanding of anxiety and comorbid conditions. Dr. weeks actually had to intervene to get the office to complete what he had instructed them to do on my behalf

Honestly, this provider definitely was the best it had and definitely made me feel heard and listened, gave me a lot of recommendations. It was very easy to talk to. I felt very comfortable.

Hi, the extreme issue that I have with this particular provider's office is the difficulty in scheduling appointments in a timely manner. Patients have to be sort of siphoned to other providers. I've been a patient of this practice for close to 20 years and I've been sort of shuffled around because of lack of availability. You know, there's limited appointment availability. You have to go through a ridiculous amount of prompts in order to speak to somebody. It's just become quite an issue, I feel like, which is upsetting because I truly do enjoy the providers themselves. It's the system that needs fixing. So, and I'd love to talk more about it if somebody wants to call me. Thank you. Bye-bye.

Every single visit, I give an updated medical information on my medication, surgery, and other doctor diagnoses and et cetera, because I suffer from multiple chronic illnesses and other rare conditions. And my clinical notes that I view on the portal has a lot of misinformation, including my medications and even diagnoses. And written notes from the doctors include things that were never said, as well as things that are completely incorrect, such as social use, and as well as medication use. I need those medications. I need those medical records amended as soon as possible. I will be reaching out to get that. Accessibility.

This practice is wonderful! The doctors are so super nice and knowledgeable and friendly! I know they tend to take on to many patience as I have been aware of and told by others, but obviously not enough to change.'Thank you for making a difficult exam as caring as possible.
