The problem with getting the appointment was not with Dr. Buckett but with the VA whom the appointment had to be cleared thru. Once cleared, his staff quickly set up the appointment.

In previous visits to this office, I had experienced longer waits and a lack of communication between myself and the office staff (i.e., phone messages not being returned and results not being conveyed). I had continued coming because I genuinely liked Mr. Buckett. Obviously, there have been some changes, because with this last visit there was a completely different feel, as though there was some sort of tension that had been relieved.

He was kind, explained the process, went over and explained previous MRI. ( no dr. Had ever done this in spite of our requests. He had a plan focused on my well being.
