Was there anything outstanding?
The Dr and staff were super nice and helpful. I have a hearing impairment and they took the time to explain all directions to my understanding. Very pleased,

Staff and doctors were excellent . No improvements needed from my standpoint.

Was there anything outstanding?
First, the surgical team including Dr Bisland was GREAT! Didn’t want to take anything away from that given my next appreciation to the attending nurse in the recovery room before discharge. She (Jessica [last name]) was the most amazing person. She’s not only friendly and great at her job but you can feel that she truly cares and presents a great calming effect both medically and from a personal perspective. My wife and I are very grateful for her. I literally left that recovery room amazed at how uplifting she was. My only concern is that she may not see this message of great thanks. She deserves to know the impact she had on this overall great experience.

I felt very comfortable with everything and I know that i am in good hands. Everyone in this office is very friendly and caring and are very informative about everything that is practiced in this office.

Was there anything outstanding?
He was very knowledgeable and I was able to understand what he was telling me. When I left I had a great feeling of peace and satisfaction on what was going to take place when the surgery was performed. He reassured that it wouldn't take long and that he was going to take great care of me.

Nothing, because I left with a good feeling that I was in good hands

The thoughtgulness and caring of the staff and Dr Bisland was excellent for me. The clinic was clean and had great smelling coffee.

Really nothing. Excellent clinic and staff. I would recommend this clinic.

Everyone i interacted with was professional and friendly. They eased my nerves and it was the first time ever for any of the procedures that i have had felt really comfortable. Thank you all so much.

Was there anything outstanding?
I needed to have surgery completed as soon as possible before year end. After my Tuesday morning appointment, I was in surgery on Thursday morning. Dr. Bisland went out of his way to be accommodating, and all of the staff made everything happen and fall into place. The quality of service and care is exceptional!

Nothing needed improvement. Exceptional service, and care from beginning to end.
