Dr. Norbury was friendly and professional. He greeted me with a handshake and treated me like a whole person. He related to me and my condition using examples from his own life. He really took time to answer my questions and even checked my scar gel and tape to confirm it's legitimacy and recommend other products he knows are effective. I felt very safe.

Obvious technical expertise regarding my advanced radiation wound. Proposed a reasonable plan of action that appeared more comprehensive than PSH's plastic surgeon's.
