He took the time to explain what likely courses of treatment would be and what they would not be, even though he was being alerted that "time was up". He was more concerned that I understood what might be coming so I wouldn't be surprised. I appreciated his focus on my perceived needs!

I saw Dr. Arnold when I was experiencing a relapse in my anxiety disorder due to a change in meds I had been on for many years. I needed an EKG to confirm I could resume using my original meds. He was extremely thorough, kind, listened to my concerns and spent a great deal of time with me and my husband.
