My son and I were very happy with Karen. She was delivering some bad news and she answered all our questions and gave wonderful suggestions on follow up care.

Karen was a good listener, very knowledgeable and genuinely showed concern for my daughter. She followed up with us after the appointment after hours that same night and then followed up again 4 days later.
